If you are not happy with Saturday Plans Plus, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — whether you bought the annual subscription or the lifetime plan. No explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Email mary@saturdayplans.com from your account email address within 14 days of purchase, and we will process it. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the pair returns to the free tier. Your data is never deleted — your history and ideas stay exactly as they were, and you can upgrade again any time.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, consistent with the guarantee above.
Renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time to stop future renewals and keep Plus until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us and we will make it right.
