Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Saturday Plans ("the Service"), a web application that helps couples plan their weekend dates and shared activities. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Saturday Plans is

Saturday Plans is a planning tool for two people who are already in a relationship. It is not a dating, matchmaking, or social-networking service: there are no public profiles and no way to discover or contact other users.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. A "pair" links two user accounts; both partners can see the content shared within the pair.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to access other users' data, or disrupting the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (plans, ideas, notes, and photos). You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to you and your partner so the Service can work. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The Service has a free tier and a paid "Plus" tier, available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record (authorized reseller) for these purchases and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. See the Privacy Policy for data-retention details.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
